As traffic agents, Angela and Michelle (Traffic Lead) play an essential part of the day to day operations at Cougar, and assist in providing the exceptional service that our customers have become quite accustomed to. They are the initial point of contact for all daily flight requirements from customers, including updating and maintaining POB systems and coordinating passenger requirements. The Traffic Office acts as the inter-departmental liaison during flight processing and these ladies continuously provide guidance and advice to our clientele, to ensure they have the best plan in place for a successful day. They work in an ever-changing environment which requires focus and the ability to adapt to changes quickly. “They definitely go above and beyond to ensure our customer’s needs are met”.
